In October 2005, Nottingham City Council launched its new benefits package, 'Works Perks'. The scheme offers staff many benefits through P&MM's Lifestyle programme and has won several awards over the past two years.
The IDeA works for local government improvement so that councils can serve people and places better. The IDeA Knowledge website features news and guidance for more than 50 areas of improvement and good practice.
