The motivation division of P&MM has had an excellent month, reaching the final stages of two leading industry awards:

The CIPD People Management Awards – which honours outstanding achievement in the field of people management and development.

P&MM has not one but two programmes battling it out in the final of the ‘Total Reward’ category. The Virgin Media ‘Shout’ employee recognition scheme will go head to head with the Aviva ‘Spotlight’ programme. Both schemes have made a significant impact on staff within each organisation and both are managed by P&MM. An interesting awards evening lies in store for the team, with plenty of healthy competition to boot!

The Prepaid Awards – recognising organisations that have made a significant contribution to the development or promotion of prepaid cards, these awards are an excellent benchmark for P&MM, which prides itself on the pioneering work conducted into the use of it’s Spree Card in the staff incentive arena.

P&MM has been shortlisted in the ‘Best Prepaid Programme Manager’ category, which recognises organisations that manage the delivery of prepaid programmes on behalf of their clients.
